The confusing layout with long corridors requires better signage!!! A lack of irons and ironing boards in rooms is disappointing!!! Bathrooms need better sink designs for practical use!!!

Unfortunately, the common areas were let down by the stale smoke smell from nearby smoking lounges. The check-in staff could be a bit brusque, impacting the warm welcome expected in a hotel of this caliber. While the food quality was decent, the portion sizes were quite excessive, leading to plenty of food waste. the atmosphere during busy dining hours felt noisy with a lot of children around, which made meals a bit less enjoyable.

Spacious room, friendly staff, with a delicious breakfast buffet that caters to every taste, including fresh pastries, and a cosy bar area for relaxation after a day of exploring.
